Please return to the contact page after completing your payment transaction to send us your confirmation email address. If you are attending the retreat for Continuing Education units, include your type of license, license #, and your current address.

Cancellation Policy and Insurance Information

• All monies will be refunded in full (less a $50 retreat processing fee and any Paypal or Eventbrite processing fee) for cancellation 6 weeks or more prior to the start of the retreat.

• A 50% refund (less a $50 retreat processing fee and any Paypal or Eventbrite processing fee ) will be issued for cancellations 2-4 weeks before the beginning of the retreat.

• No refund is available for cancellations less than 2 weeks prior to the retreat, if you do not show up, or if you leave the retreat early for any reason.

• If the retreat is cancelled by the facilitators, you will be given a complete refund, less the Paypal processing fee (if applicable), for the cost of the retreat only (airfare not included). 

• Travel and health/accident insurance is the sole responsibility of each participant.
