Welcome!
The root of the word retreat comes from the Latin retrahere, “to draw back.” The meaning “place of seclusion” comes from the early 15th century. The time spent in a retreat is a drawing back into ourselves, and a seclusion away from whatever responsibilities and distractions inhabit our daily lives.
Click on the individual retreat links below for descriptions and upcoming dates. Please check back frequently; I will add details and registration information as soon as a retreat has been scheduled or a new one added.
All retreats can be attended for CE units if you are a California licensed MFT or LCSW (California Board of Behavioral Sciences, PCE #2704).
